Understand your brand & your vision

We want to get to know you first, your brand & story. Tell us all about the intention of your merch and how you want to present them. Be wild with your imaginations.

Product concepts & direction

We will ask you to share your branding files and any collaterals to guide our creative adventure. We will propose some product designing ideas for you to review, or if you have the in-house designer, go crazy!

We will work with you on material selection and other nitty-gritty details.

Quoting & Sampling

Once we are both ready to go, let’s put some skin in the game.
We quote and you get 50% deposit ready to initiate the sampling!

We will review the samples together and make sure everyone is happy with it prior to the production.

Production, Quality Check & Delivery

Last step, we will take care of it.

After the sample is confirmed, you just relax.
We will be onto the project timeline and making sure the quality is on point for the final delivery!

We get creative with product designing with you and understand some projects extends beyond our service capacity.

If you are complementing merch with packaging design, product sketches, technical drawings, visual branding, or creative direction. We collaborate with experienced graphic designers and industrial designers to support extended product development where needed.

Rush Fee

We do our best to accommodate your timeline — however, if your project requires production or delivery outside of standard lead times, a rush fee may apply.

Rush fees help us cover the additional resources needed to expedite your order and will be quoted based on the urgency and complexity of the project. If you're working with a tight deadline, please let us know as early as possible so we can assess feasibility and offer the best solution.
